ABOUT CSSA

who we are

The City Schools Sports Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing a holistic educational approach through athletic opportunities and beyond. Since our founding in 2019, we have built strong relationships with schools across New York City by providing a wide range of after-school programs—including in-person sports, virtual e-sports, and sport-specific training.

Through partnerships with organizations such as the NY Rangers, Under Armour, Good Sports, MLB RBI, we ensure our student-athletes receive the support needed for equitable participation.

Having positively impacted thousands of student-athletes, we are deeply committed to cultivating meaningful connections. Our leagues empower students to develop leadership, sportsmanship, and interpersonal skills while fostering civic responsibility through community engagement.

By partnering with school districts, running high quality athletic competition, and providing our students with key support, we empower students to develop into healthy, confident, and well-rounded leaders in their communities.
