Anon Rowland

Anon Rowland brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from both the sports and esports industries. He first started out coaching youth sports in basketball, soccer, and baseball. From there he worked in Recreation and Parks for 6 years for the city of Roswell in Georgia. He organized youth sport programs for thousands of participants. In that job he managed part-time staff, ran daily operations for the Roswell Soccer Club, and coordinated the recreational youth women's basketball league.  

After his job with the city, he transitioned into esports. He earned a master's degree in Gaming and Esports Management from Post University. He competed as an esports athlete as well on their Rocket League and Halo teams. His first coaching role in esports was at Caldwell University, where he was their first head coach and grew the program to over 20+ players in two years.  

He now currently coaches at The University of Mount Saint Vincent, entering his second year at the school. As the head coach, he oversees the whole esports program. This includes recruiting new players, coaching/managing multiple teams and players, and handling the daily operations of the esports facility. He hopes to grow the UMSV esports program into a place where students want to play and grow as esports athletes and people.
