KARINA SOTO

Karina received her Bachelor in Business Administration with a specialization in Sport Management from Daemen College. She is invested in the youth development and mentorship of the next generation thru sports and social/emotional skill development.

She is currently the Senior Associate of Athletics at the Urban Dove Team Charter School network. Along with creating CSSA high school, middle school and elementary school schedules. She has over 6 years experience creating schedules across different sports and leagues.

Karina plans to get her Master Degree in Sports Management to further develop and hones her skills to help the next generation build confidence and strong sense of self for their future.
