Maxwell Perry is a SUNY New Paltz graduate with Bachelors Degrees in Mathematics and Secondary Mathematics Education. He also has a Masters in Curriculum Development and Instructional Technology from UAlbany.His Journey with the CSSA started in 2022 when he met the foundations founder William Ribeiro and happened to mention video games. From there he worked as a consultant for the CSSA until he came on as the organization's Esports Coordinator making use of his lifetime experiences with technology and video games. 

As the Esports Coordinator, Maxwell sets up and distributes all of our gaming consoles. He operates as a support system for any technical difficulties that may occur during the season. He also cultivates new programs to run like our Minecraft program. Maxwell organizes and grades all Rube Goldburg project check-ins and provides feedback to all schools that participate. Maxwell is an expert in esports having organized and played in various local tournaments his whole life, he especially enjoys playing Madden with his Buffalo Bills Team. 

Maxwell plans on helping CSSA expand our esports program to all 5 boroughs and create more programs to offer our students. He is excited by the opportunity to offer new programs to all of our CSSA schools and try and showcase our matches or projects for all to see.
